25 door barricade style devices. Brand Name: Bear-A-Cade
Description: Individual door barricade devices that slide under a door and is secured with a pin into the floor. The device provides a third point of locking (first two are the door hinges and lock) that would take would-be intruders valuable time to breach... thus allowing first responders time to respond and engage the intruder. Devices were used in a school district for purposes of "locking down" classrooms and office. Simple to use and install. Pre-drill pilot holes in the floor for the devices pins.
Red and White hallway indicator alerts first responders as to locations where people are "locked down".

Westlake City Schools may require a bid deposit.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Westlake City Schools may be required to charge a sales tax (est. 5.75%) for items sold through the online auction site.
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
